Ab exercise? Do tell…
No freaken clue to what it’s called:
- You lay on your back and you partner sands above your head.
- You hold on to each of their ankles with both hands
- Have you’re feet 6in. off the ground
- Try to kick them in the stomach
- They push your feet down as hard as possible
- Do it over and over again
We did 50 and everyone died DDD:
